Who doesn't know Toyota,the ninth largest company in the world with 300,734 people as employee.When we talk about Toyota,you must be remember Japan,where this famous brand came from. Since a long time ago Toyota has been inspire another automotive industry around the world.Do you know how Toyota can survive almost a hundred year with another competitor? Do you know how the founder of Toyota was a repairing shop's employee before he establish Toyota company?There was many interesting story during the expansion of the company, Let's check this guys.

Kiichiro Toyoda,the founder of Toyota company had traveled to Europe and United State in 1929 to investigate automobile production and had begin researching gasoline powered engine in 1930.In 1934 the division produced it first Type A Engine which used in first mode AT passanger car in may 1935 and GI truck in august 1935.Early vihicles bear a striking resemblance to the Dodge Power Wagon & Chevrolete,with some part actually interchanging with their american original. Although the Toyota Group is best known today for its cars, it is still in the textile business and still makes automatic looms, which are now computerized, and electric sewing mechines which are available worldwide.

 Toyota motor co.wa establish as independent and separate company in1937.Although the foundin family's name was Toyoda,the company name was change because Toyota is consider to be luckier then Toyoda.

In the pasific war(World War II),Toyota company was dedicated to truck producer by the Imperial Japanese Army.Because of severe Shortage in Japan,the millitary  truck were kept as simple as possible.And that makes Toyota names even brighter.

After World War II,Japan experience extreme economy difficulty.Commercial passenger car first produced in 1947 with the model named SA.The company was in the brink of bankruptcy in the end of 1949,but the company eventually obtained loan from bank and eliminate of "excess manpower".

In the June 1950 ,Toyota built 300 unit of millitary truck in response to the strike on the Japan millitary base.Incidentaly Toyoda meet Taizo Ishida who later will be the chief executive in Toyota company.After the first meeting they cooperate and in the early of 1951 they build 5000 unit of millitary truck for US millitary.

Toyota began to expand in the 1960s with new research and development facility,a presence in Thailand was establish,the ten millionth model was produced.a deming prize, and partnership  with Hino Motor and Daihatsu were also establish.Despite the first Toyota built outside Japan was in April 1963 in Melbourne,Australia.By the end of decade Toyota was establish a worldwide presence.

After 1980 Toyota dominate the automotive sector in Japan and Asia,they also build robot too that simbolize their technology.

Under the two headings of Respect for Peopleand Continuous Improvement, Toyota summarizes its values and conduct guidelines with the following five principles
